I have not made any significant changes or upgrades to my computer in the past several days There are no time restrictions on my license. I have Windows 8.1 on which I have been using my Acrobat 9 Pro without ANY issues for several months now - and so the platform is not the problem. I just want my current Acrobat 9 Pro to work without having to re-indstall it every time I want to use it. I rang Adobe Support only to find out that technical support for Acrobat 9 Pro is no longer provided (Why not?), that I can only seek solutions on this forum, and that I cannot update to the higher version (10 or 11) free of charge, or I can just purchase Adobe DC for close to $500. Until today when I got the same error message. There is NO time restriction on my licence - but I still uninstalled and then reinstalled the program from my cd. You must repair the problem by uninstalling and then reinstalling this product or contaxcting Adobe for help". You cannot use this product at this time. "Licencing for this product has stopped working. I have been happily using my Acrobat Pro 9 for over 6 years - until now.įew days ago, when I opened the program I got an error message: As there is no forum for general troubleshooting of Acrobat (?), I am posting on what is the closest to my issue. ![]()
